It is too taboo in the States as well as other places, I agree. If it were more widely accepted, concepts of proper protection and the circulation of effective technique would be more accessible to those that were looking or curious of such things, ultimately diffusing much of the tension related to exploring and experiencing good sex and forming healthy sexual relationships.

This is actually is a good point and reminds me of something my younger sister told me. In her experience, more men were satisfied with fast sex session to get off quickly. She had said that it was rare to sleep with a guy that wanted that "quailty sex".

Well. From personal experience, if I have to hold out to ensure she is also satisfied, I may miss my opportunity to be satisfied. I may want to finish within 10 minutes or less, but if I have to hold off, I may just never finish at all.

In Theory there are men out there who don't but statistically its universal. As for types, that is completely useless measurement. If someone has a fetish, they have it even if they don't have porn of it.
