scource? cause all ive seen is that "they will spawn 300% more" so i assumed it would be 6 every 4 hours instead, as i doudt during the 3erd week they would make it a 30 min cd, cause then you could only get 2 down before they reset...

- For the first week, invasions will happen every four hours in a couple of the more remote invasion zones.
- This will increase 300% every week for two weeks until all of the invasion zones are active all of the time.

So sad to see people too lazy to even to play a game. And people complain about others being AFK in LFR, doing low DPS etc. Yet here were are, people literally enthralled at being carried by others to their personal objective.

Personally, I would like to see Blizzard change it so that personal rewards are base on personal contribution to the event.

There's a huge difference between being AFK in a 25 man group where if 1 player is AFK, and in a 40+(not sure about the exact number but im guessing either 20 of each faction or 40 of each faction max per invasion shard) player open world scenario where you'd just be bringing up the bosses HP if you attacked

If you're 90+, you can get a level every two invasions if you're loomed out. I find the invasions a lot more fun than a seventh trip through Draenor, tbh.

But it's faster if you level through questing in WoD 90-100.

Pop into the invasions while having lunch or you have to do something around the house, get 1 level in 30 mins and then continue leveling in Draenor when you're finished.
Repeat if not 100 by the time they reset

The best part is that you can just go afk until it's done and do something else. Which is much, much, much better than spamming dungeons and having to play manually in my book.

Hop a flight path to Tarren Mill, go shave and shower, come back to have gone from level 94 to midway to 96. #winning

Yeah, that's a smart thing to do.
Go to the invasion now and then to get the XP and rewards.

Invasion levelling is only to get faster what with the 300% faster thing they've mentioned.

Each stage of the invasion gives more XP than the objective for killing all bosses in a dungeon, so it's still faster.
What I'm doing tho is running the invasions on 3 classes I don't have on 100 and then just do some dungeons and quests while waiting for reset.
Without pots (which are 10k now), boosts or RAF this is currently the fastest way to level.

At the moment, Invasions beat everything when you look at XP you get compared to time spent when you type /played (i believe that this is the best way to measure it, not to argue about afk etc...), each stage gives more than the objective for killing all bosses in an appropriate level dungeon. But best way to do it is while waiting for them to reset to just level the old quests & dungeons way

He was probably rested, using some sort of xp boost elixir like rapid mind or the one you can buy from your garrison and most importantly attacking stuff. You get xp for everything you tag too. So sitting afk gets one less xp

No xp boost potions, either off rares or from the Garrison. Full heirlooms, active participant, and I'm clocking a level every 2 invasions--took my rogue from 91-96 in just a couple days doing four invasions a day.

90-->91 scales faster and its more worth it. As usual though some people just post to push count and stalk others.

If its done afk or not is up to the players and its noone's problem really. Thing is when its more worth doing it. If there is one invasion in WF and one in Hilsbrad its wasteful to burn them on a level 10 to get them to level 20. Far more worth to do it at 90+. Very simple logic really. Not sure why some people struggle so hard with the concept.

In the high 40s on 1 char and getting 2 levels (3 if im 80-90% in a level when entering) in 10-15min, and that would take 2 dungeons and a few quests otherwise so it is faster. and 50-53 is possible again if he was close to hitting 51 upon entering, its not until 60 and leter when the XP req makes a huge jump (170k to 250k or something like that) that you start not getting or barely getting a level per invasion. But when you hit 60 you can also fly so it becomes viable to do the invasions on the other continent

I agree, I have 9 on 100 on my main realm (did draenor leveling 11 times tho) and anything i can do to skip it is good. I also usually just hit 91 after completing the Tanaan Intro and then almost 92 after creating the garrison

Because you can do both? You're not 'burning' them by doing them on a lowbie, because there's nothing stopping you doing them again on that same character at a higher level.

So basically what I say is true because all your examples avoid to refer to the levels Im talking about. So one more time to save some people from wasting events:

You cannot go from 50 o 53 in one event. Did it yesterday and went from 50 to 50 and 85% in one event. With rested exp and full looms and killing mobs.

If you can go 40 ---> 43 is another thing if you can go 10 ---> 20 is another and if you can go 60 ---> 65 is another.

Im not talking 40-43, I'm talking 46-49 in 1 invasion. So if you were 90% into 50 you could get to 53 in 1 invasion

Rested bonus only counts if you're killing mobs, and with the amount of people attacking you barely get any XP from mobs anyway since it gets split up
