the Immortal for me, because it fits perfectly with the immortal soul as said by Illidan in the intro questline.
Granted not many have that title, so something that can be (still) acquired is:
Predator. Fits the lore of hunting.
the Butcher. (quite hard to acquire now I think. But still a pretty cool and gore'ish title.
the Fearless. Demon hunters know no fear after all.
the Relic Hunter. Can fit in nicely with the collection of old relics, tomes, artifacts etc.

I use Hand of Adal. I think it's funny since Adal wanted to destroy Illidan and the demon hunters.

I wish i could use my "Mistwalker" title on my other chars =(, since i cant, ill probably use "The Argent Defender". "Fearless" or "Predator" fits lore.
