From what I understand, you can skip it on alts.

685 gloves with a somewhat useful proc I suppose. Makes them equal about a 705 though if my math isn't wrong.

Its definitely underwhelming, but it is what it is, its just meant to set up legion as an expansion

They're definitely 700, 685 is a visual bug. Check your stats when equipping it, you'll notice.

I was super disappointed there was just wall of text from Khadgar, no speaking and now I hear it was intended to have VO?

I don't have sound disabled in game so no idea why it wouldn't work...

I didn't have any VO either and i'm om EU using English client. It must be a bug because most of Legion questing has VO, so why wouldnt one of the more important quests not have it?

I still haven't finished it as the last 3 times I've gone and clicked the book it got stuck and relogging phases me to the real world as an arcane ball and just shoot straight North to the top of the continent.

Regarding gloves I got ilvl 700 ones, exactly same stats as the current Fel Invasion gloves with the extra proc.
