For those who didn't know flasktaur is a tauren npc who sold legendaries during legion alpha and also sold warlords mythics in PTR at one point do you think he's gonna appear in the PTR?

At this point, why does it matter? Legion will be live in less than 2 weeks. Why are you playing on PTR anyways when there no point to it atm. Everything on PTR is available live.

Flaskataur is used anytime they want players to have consumables/specific items for testing purposes. he has been available for flasks/food/glyphs on test realms quite often.
most likely will be there for 7.1 as well, will he sell the exact same items as he offers now? most likely not.
