Idk if this is the best place to post this. But anyways a friend of mine was playing a game called Soul calibur and in the game he could customize characters and then play them by using the fighting style of an already existing character. Now I know I've seen this in another game. I know it wasn't this soul calibur game so does anyone know what game it could possibly be? Please any help would be awesome!

The only one that comes to mind is Fighter Maker, and a third person fighting-adventure game called Godhand.

I think it was Deception that had the sidestory of the open world adventuring Monk and you learned skills as you traveled and defeated other characters from the MK Universe.
