    Screendriver have stopped responding...

"Screendriver have stopped responding and have been restored"

Starting yesterday, i've been getting this pop-up message on my computer whenever i've tried loading up WoW.

It's the only game where this happens. I've been able to play fine without issues up untill yesterday morning.

is my graphics card dead? or is there some way to solve this?

playing on a 3-years-old HP laptop, so it's not a great gaming pc, but it's been fine for wow since i bought it, only the newest tripple-A games it've been having trouble with.

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?

i have no idea how to do that, i've never taken the time to actually learn how a computer works. Any sugestions?

edit: i tried updating to the newest AMD driver, but it said it was already installed. So i guess that's not the issue.

Sounds like driver corruption. I believe there is a special tool for AMD drivers out there. Remove the drivers and reinstall.

WoW is the most sensitive game, the graphics driver shuts down in wow before all other games I've noticed through the years.
Reduce your OC or even try underclocking it (had to do this with my old card). Should fix it.
