Is it even a question? It is not entirely subjective. Undead may be cool, not pretty. Words have a meaning. Blood Elves are the prettiest.

Pretty: pleasant to look at, or attractive or pleasant in a delicate way:

To be able to apply the word pretty the only race that comes to mind is Blood Elf. I think the "prettiest" horde races as depicted in Art are Trolls and Goblins. A shame that Goblins are quite ugly in game.

Yes, as everyone said, the word "pretty" can probably only be used for the blood elves. But female pandaren are definitely cute.
