The atmosphere hasn't been great for the past couple of seasons, but I'm reliably informed it was pretty amazing on Friday night. Evening kick offs tend to be better, so I'd suggest going for a Champions League game (if we're in it!) once you get the chance. Couple of seasons ago Vs Bayern Munich was pretty special (most of the fans were still behind Moyes at that point).

Wee derby down in the NE of England.

As good as you'll get seeing as Geordies got relegated.

This weekend Sporting and Porto won 1-0. Benfica drew 1-1. Sporting and Porto the only 2 teams with 2 games - 2 wins, leading the league. Braga can do 2/2 tomorrow as well tho.

Looks like Oliver Torres is on his way to Porto.

I really don't understand why Simeone doesn't even give him a chance.

I like him as a player. One of the few players on Arsenal that exhibits some sort of creativity..

I think Old Man Wenger is allergic to him or something

how much playing time do you think he will get at Sporting?

I don't know your current wingers but since you opted for a loan I'll guess "beggers can't be choosers" is relevant.

I'd much rather him over any of our other wingers bar Alexis so feel free to send him back.

I don't know. If Slimani stays he is undisputed starting 11 for sure. He was 7th in the golden boot last year with 27 goals. Joel Campbell will probably get a few minutes in the Cup games or against easier teams to test him and the other new forwards. The best of them will get the spot in the front with Slimani. Replacing Teo Gutierrez from last season. Don't think he comes for the wings. We are good there.

Don't wanna call it before its a done deal but yeah, Oliver Torres is very much welcome. Was here only one season but left a very good impression.

Palace are shit but I keep betting against them and I'm top of fantasy. I don't know how to feel about this.

    4 points behind you.

Nice strike force, but your midfield is going to let you down, son.
