New to rogue here, one thing I don't get is when you want to reroll for 2+ buffs, do you build up to 6 cp first then roll? Sounds silly I know but it just sounds like you're in for a bad time if you keep spam rerolling 6 cp and only get one buff.

With the artifact, you can re-roll with 6 points the entire buff if you need to. On current live, I've been building 3 and rolling, see what i get, if it sucks ill MFD and re-roll.

5-6 on all finishers, 4-5 iuf youre not using deeper strat

Just to get a buff rolling. If you get the +CP one or +energy you can then get to 6 cp's quicker to get a full roll while doing some DPS. I didnt really put a lot of thought into it this was just messing around doing invasions and world content.

If you get 6 and roll a crap 1 buff, then you wasted a full 6 cps and energy on a crap roll.

Its a mute point really as that all changes with artifact.

So you are rolling with 3 cp's til you get the cp buff and then you roll with 6 cp's?

artifact power makes 1. finishers cost 12 energy less, and 2. the equip power makes you get 6 CP right away by using just 1 SS or PS, so its easier to get buffs rolling

So you can open with a MFD into a RtB, if you only get 1 buff, you can pop the blades and start fishing, if u are lucky with buffs from the MfD you can spam run throughs with the blades =) that's what i've been doing on beta atleast

Can't they even be used on single target for more dmg over normal rotation?

Are you under the misconception that you can roll 3 then roll 6 and just extend the existing buff? It doesn't work that way.

You should only use finishers with 5 or 6 CP, end of story, there's no middle ground there. (4/5 CP if you're not using deeper strat)

Another point - it's not the best idea to fish for buffs with CotDb. Your best buffs to have when you use CotDb is SiW and/or TB.

Personally, i would attempt to have one of those up for each use if possible, and not delay CotDb any more than 10sec due to rerolls.

but still not worth using blades with only 1 buff, always 2+ afaik, and sure, if u manage to get SiW or TB, or both! then you are godmode for the next 12 sec xD

Also keep in mind using COTDB you have to have really crappy luck to not get some decent rolls after 1 or 2 rerolls using it meaning you can still use the last half of the buff + AR to keep raging.

Use MfD at 8sec to pull, roll rtb +pre-pot, then base decision on the roll. If you need to reroll you've got the energy to quickly build, if not, proceed.

Agreed with both of you. I haven't had a chance to really get into the nitty gritty raiding as outlaw yet.

I went back like 15 pages and I was curious what the latest stat priority list was?

pandemic is when you refresh a dot without losing dps, due to remaining dmg is transferred over to the next dot, like rupture, if you refresh it below 7sec? i believe was the pandemic threshold, the remaining dmg on rupture will transfer over to the next rupture, resulting in not dropping ticks for dmg.

And stat priority should still be agi>vers>crit to 40%, then mastery>haste

You can never have enough versatility since it increases your dmg by a flat amount, but after 40% crit i believe it is, then any excess crit will result in a dps loss compared to mastery

RTB does pandemic when its under 30% duration but the rolls are always new when rerolling

Yes, the remaining duration gets added to the new one, but you get new rolls.
