Previously meaning not anymore, PC culture has gotten to a point where it is glorifying victimized classes to the point where it's detrimental to the classes it's supposed to help. One example is the feminist rape accusations. They use bogus statistics in order to inflate the numbers and also broaden the meaning of the word to mean a number of things, not to mention the false accusations that get way too much publicity and then are later shown to be lies. A combination of all of these causes people to take it less seriously and real victims of rape suffer.
