Unless it's been fixed, I think the Chameleon glyph prevents artifact form. At least it did during FinalBossTV's Artifact Quest video.

Well those are your options. Gotta live with it.
You either pick a new model/skin out of the dozens of new options available. Or you use glyph of the chameleon and keep the old cat forms.

This doesn't work. The only option currently is glyph of the chameleon, as Blizz has already stated we won't be getting a good way to turn off artifact skins anytime soon. I don't care for the artifact forms either, but sadly we will likely be stuck with them till the next expansion.
