How difficult are legion normal and HC 5mans compared to WoD's?

I saw somewhere that mythic+ compares to mythic in WoD and that mythic is the new HC, which will make Legion normal and HC 5mans even easier. Is that true?

Also, I may do the odd LFR, but I will mostly stick to professions and HC 5mans to gear up. To what ilevel I will get doing that? Hmmm, maybe world quests is the actual progression path for me?

Give or take the same as WoD, not hard if you know what you are doing, but a wipe fest if you don't.
