The whole world is instanced.... what do you think phasing is?

Not what you think it is. Phasing has nothing to do with instancing. In fact, the whole point of phasing is being able to change parts of the world without instancing them.

I can pretty much guarantee that the order halls themselves are in separate instances to the surrounding zone\city.

Hint: Invasions are instanced.

Easiest way to keep other classes out of class halls is to make them instances that only the respective class can enter. You can still make them shared public spaces for members of that class.

What zone you guys going to first? Stormheim is a definite second because of all the new lore but i'll definitely check out Azsuna first. Val'sharah seems to be where most people will go, so ill avoid that for later (or do i have it the other way around?). Highmountain will be last.

If you want to have the least competition or you are DH, the Highmountain first.
Otherwise Azsuna (easiest piece of 800 for zone end, no need for dungeon) or Stormheim(has the scenario which can give you an advantage)

I dont mind competition, every zone will have a population and i look forward to it. I was thinking more along the lines of a zone less likely to get data crushed to holy hell or have a bottle neck progress point which gets bugged out by the sheer amount of people trying it at the same time.

Stormheim is really very likely to hit something like this. I heard about Val's benefits and realized people who go there for it in hordes.

She attempts to join the Uncrowned as its leader, but the Uncrowned isn't an Alliance or Horde organisation, it's a gang of thieves.
She wanted to be in charge, and only becomes your underling at threat of execution.

What do you think she wants the power for? What did she do with the last criminal gang she assembled?
Why have we any reason to assume she turned over a new leaf after literally dedicating every last moment of her screen time to that aim?
