Many people disagree with you on this.
Back to legion legendaries, they were a terrible idea from the beginning and they need to be nerfed (much) more or even better, removed from the game. Back when you could target the one you need, at least the grind seemed like it would be shorter. Now, you're all forced to grind until your eyes bleed.

Dont pick and choose. my entire point consists of all of what i said.
And those people would be wrong. "many" is a small and subjective number.
Also the supposed "grind" for these legendaries isn't that long or hard, definately not eye bleeding, even with the multiples. Infact its about as long as the old drop style but from many more sources. Nerfing them was a good thing because atleast now they're not as absolutely mandatory to the point of excluding those who dont have them or their alts.

i dont understand this arguement. its not like the hardcore's weren't going to get the legendaries or arent hit by the buffs and nerfs to the legiondaries either. The hardcores are getting gear for their difficulty level, if you want it, go ahead and play it at that level to get it. Its not like its being handed to them.

This just goes to show that no matter what you say on these forums there is always someone who will find a way to argue about it. The hard core deserve their rewards. This bait and switch by Blizzard is comical. They had all the casual crowd literally watering at the mouth. Now they will get barely worthwhile legendary.
There is no Bad RNG just Bad LTP
The legendaries are still good. Quite a few were even buffed. In itself proving there was no bait and switch (dont misuse that phrase), they had to be tuned and everyone saw it coming. This isnt a "hardcore vs casual" problem. It doesn't even come into the picture. "Barely worthwhile" is hyperbole since for all classes these drops are still superior and for many, still superior by far, or even more so.
Infact its a boon, because now people wont be excluded out of spots for people with legionaries. Not as severely.

Wrong. Every single fight in HFC on each difficulty was killed without the ring. Mythic Archie as well. The ring was added as a natural nerf over time. Just like getting gear upgrades each week the ring acted in the same way. It stopped Blizzard from having to revisit bosses after months to provide nerfs. See ICC buff.
Then they released item upgrades a few months later providing the same nerf as upgrading the ring.

So ..are we back to class stacking? I mean, balancing clearing point at this direction. Nerf pretty much every dps spec while buffing one that is already performing really well. Wonder what dickhead is playing fire mage and desperately needs his raidspot to be a safe bet.
