Not getting advertised IOPS (Samsung 850 EVO 250GB)

I recently picked up the 250GB 850 EVO and installed Windows 10 on it. I ran some tests on the drive to see if it's working properly and got good results in the Sequential Read and Write (540/506) but the IOPS was sub par compared to others with the same SSD. Originally I scored (48K/40K) in Read and Write and then I updated my AHCI driver to the latest AMD one and got (529/507) (56K/50K). I also ran AS SSD and got a score of 889 when I should be getting around 1100.

    Motherboard: M5A97 LE R2.0 (Updated BIOS: 2701)
    Firmware: EMT02B6Q
    AHCI Mode: ON
    SATA 3: Connected

Any help would be much appreciated I spent the entire day looking around the internet and couldn't find a solution.

    There's your issue.

Window install bogs down SSD/HDD performance. If you want the "advertised" results, you need it to not have Windows install on it.

Thanks for the replies but other users have reported getting the IOPS advertised after installing 2015 Intel drivers and running Windows 10.
