There is some nasty stuff happening in gay clubs all over the world, news at 11. Northern America and Europe are full of those; but they are basically everywhere, even though many of them are hard to find. Am I just naive or... Do people actually have sex AT the clubs?.. I mean when I think of a lube dispenser I think like a soap dispenser... I can't imagine grabbing a handful of lube before going home with someone would be very practical..

Either way, the idea of a communal lube dispenser has to be one of the vilest things I've ever heard of.

Your kidding, right? It would only be banned in places like Russia or Africa where gay sex is illegal. Everywhere else, most big cities, have them in some form.

The ones you're referring to in this article are essentially are called Gay Saunas or Bathhouse or Sauna, and most of the big cities have them (perth, syd, melbourne, brisbane). The one this thread is referring to (Aarows I think) is mostly a Swingers/bi venue, but the real action happens at the big gay ones (Wet on Wellington, Body Line, Steamworks etc).

They are amazing. You walk around only wearing a towel and cruise for as much sex as you want. There can be anywhere from a handful to several hundred guys in the venue at once. You can see the full range from some of the extremely hottest guys you've ever seen in your life, to guys that are gross - it all depends on the time, day and venue.

Its like a private 'club' - but anyone can go - where you pay a small entry fee (eg 25 bucks) then can stay as long as you want and have as much sex as you want. They usually have different areas (Eg: A Sauna, Steamroom, Shower in one area - lots of rooms in another - another with maze / glory holes / themed rooms - and another with a lounge / smokers room / bar with cheap drinks / computer access etc). Large saunas are seriously huge, very nice inside - and more like a nice hotel, except you have sex whereever you want.

There are dozens of rooms in the sauna, where if you see someone you like you simply walk into one to have sex. They are usually quite small and with a plastic mat only - and they all have condoms and a lube dispenser on a wall for you to f$%k. (Because everyone is walking around naked or carrying just a towel, you wont be holding condoms as you walk around etc). Thats where this guy wouldve swapped the lube for acid.

A gay sauna is basically like a straight guys fantasy, (walk around in towels or naked, have as much sex as you want with whoever you want, in a safe and discreet venue that actively encourages you to doso) - except all the girls have gone missing and only guys are present, hahaha.

Its like an 'alternate world' that - if you're heterosexual and never heard of this thing before - you'll be a little shocked exists and surprised at what goes on.

For a small example, the last time I went to Body Line in sydney on a friday night there were sexual hundred guys... in the steamroom there would be 15 guys sucking each other off... in the sauna / showers stuff happening, then you walk upstairs and theres 15 guys jerking off watching porn together, all over the place in the rooms you can hear moaning and creaking and shaking because theres people f$%king in every room, then you walk past one room and theres about 10 guys inside it in some orgy who didnt bother to shut the door and are happy for you to join, then you walk past the bondage area and theres a huge orgy of 30 guys all surrounding a few guys on a table and everyones going for it. All the while this is happening, theres guys walking around everywhere cruising each other for sex. And this is just a 'typical Friday night'.

Anyone reading this post whos been to these venues will be laughing , because they know it can be difficult to explain to straight guys exactly what happens and what they're missing out on, because there is not really an equivalent for them. =-)

They might be "banned" but people find loopholes or just don't get caught. We have multiple clubs here where you can either pay for sex, or meet someone there and have sex in one of the rooms you pay for. They just label them as something else, and everyone knows sex is what you do, but it's not advertised nor is it made as the listed primary usage. And I live in one of those conservative states with snobby religious values that labels sex as evil.

In Australia they are not banned. They are legal and fully licensed, some even have liquor licenses. Police have been called to the venues before even, and i've been at a venue when the ambulance/police have been called before even.

People are messed up. Reminds me of incidents of people putting antifreeze in dog bowls/leaving meat laced with rat poison in public parks...which has happened in every city I've lived in...it's good to remember how messed up humanity can be, from time to time.
