WHY! are you going for an R9 390? just get an RX470/480 or GTX 1060/1070.

good reason lol. as for the 6700K, while I'm not one to discourage going " Balls To The Walls " the i7 series CPU's are really only needed if you do some kind of production work like live stream or video editing/rendering. gave don't really leverage hyper threading but that said if your buying it because you can then thumbs up.
