Seems like Outlaw is the best choice all around, then? Great. I really like Outlaw!
I'm particularly glad that Slice 'n Dice isn't dominant. As painful as RNG can be, reacting to random buffs really adds a lot to the spec.

Is ghostly strike the best choice for outlaw? Same goes for MfD, is it the better choice of DfA?

Ghostly Strike is best if you can keep it up 100% of the time. MfD is clearly better than DfA at the moment.
