The problem is with those people, not "the left". Just like when people on the "the right" beat up gay people or spray racist slurs on the walls of a muslim business, the problem is with THEM, not "the right". If you ever reach a point where it is a majority is doing it, you can talk about a systemic problem, but then you better fucking well have some proof that it IS a majority of whichever side of the political spectrum doing it, otherwise you're just sprouting bullshit.

I have no problem with a bank deciding as a matter of policy to not allow face coverings. I don't see how the existence of banks justifies greater bans on face veils.

And yet men are often held to a dress code standard in school. I don't know about in America or even Germany, but many school boards here in Ontario have banned men from wearing baggy pants and wife beater shirts.
