Hotkey for artifact talent tree?

Is there anyone else looking for a hotkey for this action? It is kind of annoying to have to open your character pane and open the tree from there every time you want to look at it. Google gave me no results : /

Throw that into a macro and put it on your action bar!

EDIT: Change to "17" if your main artifact is in your offhand like the prot warrior or demo warlock.

you can also shift+right click on relics to open it
