Actually, I think it would be enough if she believed it would kill him, and performed the act with that intent. I don't know if the belief needs to be reasonable or not.

I can tell you for fkng sure, when I was 17 if a 24 year old chick had come onto me...well she would have to be pretty gddmn ugly to be turned down.

At 17, my standards were, shall we say, less than discriminating.

That's not really how murder charges work, OP. There are degrees within the law. And no, to answer your question- because it is not murder.

I think how would have died from something else if his blood clotted this easily.

Let's be honest - at 17, most of us guys would bang anything that moved (and some things that didn't).

doctors think that suction from the hickey was so strong it caused a blood clot
Sad to see a young life cut short like that, hopefully he got to experience that on a different part of his body. Good night sweet prince.

    Either way that sucks.
    A) blood clot forms in vein somewhere in body
    B) blood clot in vein travels to heart-normal circulation
    C) blood clot passes through heart and becomes a life threatening emergency in 2 ways
    1) it obstructs blood vessels in the lungs-aka pulmonary embolism
    2) it passes through the heart and the lungs and travels to the brain, obstructing blood vessels there

most non medical people do not understand that a blood clot interfering with blood flow is named differently depending on where it 'strikes'.
although this is not even entirely correct as its possible for a stroke to be a hemorrhage instead -

Murder is intentional, but man slaughter isn't.

She wasn't 24, she was 224. They missed the bite marks. His body was found at the Titty Twister.

Clearly a coverup by our vampire overlords.

    Of course not.

    What's considered statutory rape there?

Sure. Fully understood. But it's annoying when someone reports on this sort of thing for them to get it wrong.

It takes all of two seconds to double check these things.

    Irrelevant?

This person didn't have a pulmonary embolism nor a heart attack. They had a stroke. So the issue was in the brain. The clot may have formed elsewhere but that is irrelevant for this case. In the end the clot made it's way to the brain.

I took issue with them saying the issue was in the heart and was a stroke.

    Report on things correctly people.
