Ofc its worth it, but up to a point. At some point you just hit plateau, and it feels unhealthy, as if you start to lose the ability to function properly. There needs to be an optimal circulation or it stops completely i think, or it feels like that atleast. Almost as if some sort of atrophy happens, which is what you dont want.

There's been some more serious stuff published on it lately that I've seen in mainstream media, but it seems the consensus is that 'fapping' is fine (or beneficial) as long as it isn't causing problems for you, your relationship or your sex life.
Everything in moderation. If you're struggling to crank out your 7th of the day because the only way you can get of is with content including at least three farm animals, a head of state and $50 worth of groceries all stuffed into a dungeon, you probably need to take a break.
