Elves and Tauren on the Broken Isles

I don't really understand this at all

Didn't the entire thing sink in Warcraft 3? How is it possible for Tauren tribes and Elven civilizations to exist there then? What about Suramar?
Wouldn't the sundering have swallowed the entire Sea and destroyed it?
Wasnt the Isles just only recently raised to the surface 25-30 years ago? Was suramar built in 30 years? Did evolution happen so fast that tauren begun to grow antlers in only 30 years?

WHY ARE THERE CIVILIZATIONS ON ISLES THAT WERE SUNK FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS

No, the Tomb of Sargeras sunk. Not the Broken Isles, they were part of Kalimdor and there were Taurens and Elves living on them before the sundering.

Play the actual game before asking those questions, the answers are there.

No, they aren't only raised 25-30 years ago. The majority of the Broken Isles have always been there since the Sundering, Gul'dan only raised the part that contained the Tomb of Sargeras.

Wait, didn't Aegwyn first bury sargeras' avatar in the old temple, then sinks it - it's then alliance people i.e. humans call it Tomb of Sargeras
then MU Gul'dan raise it, to access the power whiles supposedly being on a mission for Kil'jaeden he intends to betray, he's caought out though, and dies there.
Illidan gets his skull from there many years later when the first group of night elves, emerge from isolation and he's set free.

We are dealing with Thal'dranath from start to finish, tha'ts the elven name for the part of the island that holds the temple of Elune now known as as the tomb of Sargeras.

need to double check if gul'dan sank it then au raised it up again.

    Guys. You're all confused.

Aegwynn first sunked the Tomb of Sargeras.
MU Gul'dan went there and raised the Isle and died.
    The Wardens sealed the tomb.
AU Gul'dan goes there and opens a portal.

That's it. Only that small isle (Broken Shore) was sunked and then raised.
