How is the mastery trinket BIS? I would think Cordana is a given, but unless the naraxas trinket procs a ton I would guess the DMC or even Eye would pull away due to better stats on it?

I swapped the Mastery and Vers Stat weights on my Pawn addon. Just seeing what it does, it's seeming to help with some AOE situations more than not.

But still, why would we use a Mastery trinket over a crit and haste one?

Generally, yes. I mean, in the stat priority I listed above, mastery isn't the worst stat. Not the best, but not the worst.

By no means an expert but I've simmed Naraxas/Cordana Trinkets together and got 218k DPS. Ive simmed higher with Darkmoon Trinket/Portable Manacracker at 224K and 223K with Darkmoon Deck/Chrono Shard. Another trinket I think people don't think about is Eyasu's Mulligan BoE trinket 1100 Int with a use that can give you 4000 Crit, Haste, Mastery or Versatility but upon use you can re-activate the trinket to change the stat you've gained. This is IMO extremely strong to control your burst and I have been able to hit 450k+ burst on single target bosses with it. Unfortunately, the buff it gives doesn't seem to show up in my sims so it sims lower than the rest of trinkets. I still probably wouldn't use it in a raid setting but definitely very strong in Mythics. Let me know what you guys think.

EDIT: Forgot about Alchemist Stone(850), simmed 224K aswell with Darkmoon Deck.

I am finding it quite difficult to decide which trinket to use, I'd like to sim them myself but I have no idea how.
At the moment this is what I have:

An'she Infusion of Light 830
1023 int
865 haste

Orb of voidsight 815
Moonlight Prism 825

I like the flat stats of the An'She, and I am pretty sure the Orb is still strong. Should I use the Orb and the Moonlight Prism?

Currently I am running Eye of Skovald and Eyasus. I think Eyasus is a great trinket esp for mythics as the on use is absolutely god tier for each boss. Bursting 450k with FoE build helps melt bosses so quickly. For raids I think other trinkets would be better and I am curious to how the DMC trinket performs even though crit isnt our best stat.

I just have shit luck when it comes to trinkets

What about the devilsaur trinnket? it recently got buffed a lot and now it is the best for many classes

I'm using moonlit prism. What I've noticed is you gain a stack with each spell you cast (as it hits something) so on single target you gain stacks very slowly. But starfall or even better fury of elune, can get you full stacks in only a couple of seconds. This not only means you have the max buff for longer, but you have it during your burst aoe which makes it far more valuable. 900 or so static haste isn't to be sniffed at either.

I got it Warforged at 840 ilvl, and it seems really decent; its proc does as much if not more damage than Naraxas' Spiked Tongue on average. On a side note, having them both crit on a moonfire when pulling a mob results in 550K+ instant damage, which is pretty fun :P

I just got the two trinkets from the Suramar Mythics - from the guide on here they seem to both sim very strong but jaraxxus pulls out ahead. The large amount of int is very great and I love the Chrono Shard Proc. Currently at ilvl 849 and about 10k haste. I can keep FoE up for 30 seconds easily and can push 35-40 seconds starting fights with full AP. Really excited to see what this build can do in raids

Not just that, it's Nature damage and affected by CA/Inc and Moonkin Form. Besides, 50% slow doesn't hurt.

It's also 3.5 RPPM+Haste, so it proccs a lot for us.

The best is when it procs 3-4 times on different targets and lightning comes flying out of you. Only has happened once but so memorable.

I honestly think ilvl plays a very important role in determining the trinkets to be used. I would stay away from stat-stick especially bc the one you have is int/mastery. If it is indeed true the devilsaur one got buffed I might play with it tonight and see how it performs as I just got a 840 Devilsaur trinket last night also.
