Best for what?
Raids? Troll will do 301,200 DPS while another_race will do 300,200 DPS.
5mans? Blood elf interrupt.
Mobility? Goblin rocket jump.
Etc.

Troll for min max dps pve. Blood elf for silence or undead for break fear (pvp more so).

Troll is pretty huge as it allows us to get another Phoenix Flames in during Combustion. I notice it all the time, especially when there is no Bloodlust going. I am jealous of all the pretty looking xmogs on the BEs though.

BE: The silence is annoying due to melee range requirement. But pretty.
Troll: Looks ugly, best racial. Mohawk tho.
Orc: Probably next best in line racial. Looks even uglier.
Undead: Best dance, bad models. PvP racial.
Goblin: Haste buff is like... 1 spell in a raid fight, assuming you're perfect for the entire fight. Model is crap. Looks like crap. Voice is super annoying. Goblin jump is OP in PvE. Removes PvP from list of things you can do.
