Ok people...this may seems odd. but, I dunno, havent seen any posts about this. When you go in stealth near MR Shackles camp...one of the "crew" members...talk...this.
I f you want, you can translate.
But this thing is suspicious for me atleast...

found out you can explore/access all of neltharions lair alone without killing a boss if you glide/grappling hook before the first boss at the waterfall

but in first sentence he is talking to Shackle...smthing like dont be kokky Shackle, *my character name* posesses those blades, they killed lot of pirates..
at least thats in russian version...and he is yellow, not green.

So I found a cave with some runes in Stormheim close to the Hafr Fjall flightpath, inside one of the caves (of which there were a few similar ones) I found a rock with carvings of three runes. Googling around a bit I couldn't find this attached to any other class quest or normal quest nor any information about it at all.
So I'm unsure what it actually means, but according to a site I found the letters are A, H and O meaning "(A: The As, ancestral god, i.e. Odin.)", "(H: Hail.) " and "(O: Ancestral property.)" respectively.


To quote the site:

Othala Reversed or Merkstave: Lack of customary order, totalitarianism, slavery, poverty, homelessness. Bad karma, prejudice, clannishness, provincialism. What a man is bound to.

I have found them as well. I roughly translated it to Oak, Sun, Estate
Does that tree-guy have anything to do with it?

Will he refer to the artifact weapons only for rogues or does his dialogue change per class/spec?

I believe it only for Rouge for that specific NPC! THere is also a Troll Pirate in Dalaran Inn saying that he has seen this blades and it had brought many seailor to bo its demise. and to be careful. Also when these two NPC mention your name, your name is Rouge Yellow color (idk might be my ELvui putting in the color).

These are the only two Pirates I found so far who interact with you when wielding blades!

That's just him say he'll fight along with the Shamans, I wouldn't read much into it.

I believe survival hunters get theirs from ursoc in emerald nightmare, it also drops on LFR! so it could very wel be a raid drop :/
