My own blood experience in Legion so far: Something is over powered when I'm tanking and dominating dps and only needs a tiny bit of healing during a dungeon.
I don't see where these changes are listed, but I would not be surprised if it got nerfed.

We have more than enough AoE damage to remain viable in mythic dungeons. If you are quitting tanking due to an AoE nerf then you probably shouldn't be tanking. The lack of DR has been known since the rework of blood.

If you don't play Blood and don't know what I'm talking about, please remain silent.
Removing Blood Plague from Blood Boil screwed us over on multi-target fights by reducing blood mastery procs, and making two good talents almost useless. I don't know what we did that made us deserve this kick in the nuts from Blizz.

I dont want blood boil to be strong, it does not make sense for our strongest ability to be a free aoe. I want to see damage from it being moved over to blood strike and marrow which are almost pathetic right now.
