I don't know if this has been thought of, but during the shaman class campaign, Windfury is found in a cave in Aszuna, and i used to resurrect prince thunderan in the Throne of thunder.

This was the first place we looked.
Has anyone considered the hidden affect of The Dreadblades to be relevant? Hidden affect coinciding with hidden skin? It is a bit of a needle in the hay stack situation so may as well look at all possibilities.
Get the 10 stacks and talk to an NPC possibly? Or kill a specific creature with the 10 stack ie an elemental which causes the Blades to hunger for more and triggers something?
Its a long shot needless to say.
Especially with all of the mobs at Temple of a Thousand Stars humanoid for no reason, including the elementals.
Does someone have more intel about the Lord Hal'shara's Tomb? If we consider this Ciska, he/she has done quest, that can't be completed or even be avaiable yet. Ciska has done this quest including the Lord Hal'shara's Tomb. It is a rogue artefact quest also. The quest is based in Aszuna, looking into it at wowhead, it's also auto accept. Acceptable at 98 (which would make sense about having it for Ciska at level 101). Also Lunara is connected as the explorer to the tomb.
May we have to find a map to the tomb or the tomb itself.
Lunara is in the druid class halls, there's nothing to actually suggest that its a rogue quest.
Cisky was undergoing a realm transfer and lost his character for a bit, when it was returned it had alot of the legion quests flagged as complete. He also has the Rapier appearance for outlaw which is flat out not available at the momment.
Hey guys as you know I have been posting a couple times on this thread already. I have not seen this so far, so hope this will give some new insight on the search.
We had a GM saying that the vault may contain information right? Well that could have meant alot of the existing vaults in the game. One of the suggested ones was Aggramar's vault in Stormheim. We did not find anything until now in there.
I went to Stormheim for the archeology quest i got today. And went wandering off on my way to one of the disites and stumbled upon a treasure chest in Amberfall Mesa. The chest was in front of this guys and in order to get it, I had to kill two vault keepers, one on the left one on the right. Picture where the cest was (on the spot I was standing):

That was actually not really special, as it was just one of the many treasures in legion. The more interesting thing was the following. I had the following console command open: /console GameObjForceMouseOver 1. And noticed the most strange thing. I have recorded this in a video to explain it better. Here it is:
When the console command is set to 0 (this is the default option) Nothing will show up on the statues.
When the console command is set to 1, the statues where the beams come out from become clickable and the tooltip states 'Defender statue'. When I click on them, nothing happens.
The more interesting part is that the statue that carrys what looks like a pillar to me becomes also clickable and states 'Waygate' ... I mean DAFUQ?!
I have looked this place up on the internet, nothing much comes up. I have tried detection, parley/bribe on the vault keepers, nada.
Any of you guys knows whats up with this waygate?
The vault keepers hold some glowing orb when they are in their statue form, but don't become clickable.
Anyone who wants to try their own luch in here, go ahead, I've found nothing : (

while it's definitely possible that that artifact quest involving halshara's tomb could be what we need, everything leading up to that quest is not available yet.
My theory is that the triggers aren't activated and/or time gated. They will probably involve something to do with Mr. Shackles, and possibly end with that quest
If someone would like to try and reach Lunara, consider that she is a dryad. I believe there is that NPC in the Underbelly which transforms you into a dryad for 20 minutes and grants 150 Sightless Eyes. With the dryad transformation we might be able to get into the dreamgrove without being ported out.
Would try this out myself, but I'm outside. Good luck

Chill, just considering the connection between his completed quests and the time of obtaining it. I've read the thread and know this rogue is bugged and thats exactly the reason for my theory. You just could have give me some arguements or intel about it. No need to be advise others to research..
Maybe if you leave Dalaran? Walked around the city with that and it didn't wear off.
I feel like we are at a point where the random "what if we have to rub our swords on a tree" suggestions are getting kinda tiresome. What we need at this point is a solid lead.
It's really hard ditinguishing people who troll with the people who are trying to make suggestions as to where it is, because right now they are equally close to being the lead we need
