So how do you use Matron Mother Malevolence's ability?

Can't find it in the spellbook, and can't drag it from the followers tab or anything.

it's the extra action button. same place as the garrison ability

altruis is my go to for anything. makes killing huge packs of mobs a lot easier, but matron mother is good if youre gonna be farming stuff on a set coldown

Did you set her as a bodyguard? Matron Mother doesn't actually follow you around like the others, her and Altruis both will randomly pop up during combat and attack things for you. I think her ability is set up as a whirlwind so probably when you're attacking 3 or more things (like the Klaxxi "bodyguard" in Dread Wastes). I much prefer to have someone actually follow me consistently so I keep Akama as my bodyguard.

I don't remember there being an attack button, I thought it was just random when they showed up.

ahh i thought bartender was bugged. Thanks for this friend, it is indeed over my health bars. A happy little accident on their side haha.
