Need help with which pets to use

Hi fresh BM player here,

I have been playing hunter for 2 years but i haven't layed my hands on BM spec yet. Seeing it doing pretty good on mythic dungeons i wanted to give it a shot. But I don't know which pets I should tame. Which pets are you using for your dungeon runs and world quests?

I play with:
1 Pet with Bloodlust e.g. a Core Hound
1 Pet with Battlerezz e.g. a Quillen
1 Spirit Beast for World Quests (Bulvinkel)
2 Pets I just have for the Looks (in my case Thok from SoO and a Crab because of the Crab Knife )

5 stable slots:

1.) Core Hound for Bloodlust
2.) Quilen for Battlerez
3.) Spirit Beast for the small heal
4.) Rylak for slowfall
5.) Water Strider for waterwalking if you don't have the waterwalking mount

Moth for Battle Res

Water Strider for Water Walk

Devilsaur (Thok) for Mortal Wounds

Spirit Beast for Heal OR Rylak for Slow Fall. (I use the Rylak).

The first two can also be used in MM/SV.

on topic, i use quilen for res, moth for lust, rylak for slow fall, and strider for water walk. i believe with this combination, there aren't any exotic ones so if you do happen to wanna use pets on MM, you can (except for my 5th, which is the spirit beast)

Quilen, Rylak, and Strider are all exotic. You can use Nether Rays for lust though.

what the hell was i smoking when i typed that up, you're right about those being exotic hehe, but i have nether for lust and moth for res lol

I'm afraid only Rylaks and Striders have those abilities. I still keep them on me in case I need them for exploring, it's just annoying switching specs all the time.
