Just saying that at the location specified on the WowDB site http://www.wowdb.com/quests/43558-bi...:7334:0:zoomed you can get a wind elemental to spawn as a shaman. They have various elementals popping up all around The Broken Isles giving them small quests. I had a friend get the elemental to pop up about a week ago when doing Infernal Brimstone world quest. I don't have a shaman friend online to test it with but maybe someone could check it out.

They're hidden events for Shamans that reward AP.

The air one has you dodging small tornados.

That's just shaman mini-events for small amounts of AP.

I really hope he doesn't have anything to do with the apperance. I haven't seen him ONCE after Cata released.

Well my only thought is that he would act like a small gating mechanism to ensure there wasn't suddenly a flood or evryone easily having the skin. The Paladin one has similar with the Slime, he's on a fairly long respawn timer. There is also other logic that he had a binding originally, plus killing him then killing Ash'golm would have a similar Earth and Fire combination to the original quest.

Another idea!!! Any one know what AK level the chinese guy and the german guy were that each got a binding, one from LoN and the other from VotW? Maybe they only got them as they were the only ones to get high enough. Maybe the original thought was correct, but noone is high enough so far.

Guess for many people it is, 'cause they thought, like me, that they need a different item first which let us collect the bindings.

Honestly, if things are AK-gated, Blizz should come out and say so. Nothing more frustrating than trying to figure out something you cannot possibly solve yet.

Since the quest has popped up does that mean somebody has seen a binding on live?
Blizz implemented an anti-datamine thing way back in Cata that stopped quests being able to be linked until someone had seen them in game.

It wasn't in the database until yesterday. I went through quests yesterday and uploaded scanned data to wowdb.
Since Ashbringer skin is homage to classic purified ashbringer, I have a hunch that TF skin is a homage to original thunderfury, and we simply need to wait for a drop.

I have seen this quest b4. Its also been mentioned further back in this thread. You cant find it on WOWHEAD but WOWDB added it same week as Legion got released.
