Honestly, the Noggenfogger 'rewards' are yawn-inducing at best, and for me at least seem to be on rotation--I can't always choose the same ones. Nothing to get excited over and I kinda regret taking that class hall perk.

WoD had it right with the pickpocket currency--buy unique rewards, and I was really surprised they didn't just continue that in Legion (and give Griftah some new rewards).

Well, I don't think anyone knows where the Mask of Artful Dodging comes from still, so maybe that's a super rare pick-pocketing item or in Noggenfoggers' treasure somewhere (I just seem to get Thistle tea from him when it actually works).
