Vantus runes worth it?

Are the vantus runes really worth it for a casual guild? The fact that its only a 2-3% dmg and healing increase now makes it seem kinda point less now

If you can't seem to manage getting a boss down then 2-3% damage (your numbers, I've not checked them tbh) on all of your raid members will add up to quite a bit. Especially DPS check fights.

Remember the amount of 1-3% wipes you had on progress fights.
Every little thing counts. The rune, the food, the flask, the enchants.
They add up.
