Revival is so underwhelming

I'm thinking it should not even be used in a healing cooldown rotation anymore. It heals what, 15% of the raid's health? I'm guessing we're probably going to be able to use it as we see fit during an encounter when the raid is low but not in a cooldown rotation.

Need to consider how much mana you will use to heal 10million when you look at revival and the other raid healing cooldowns.

This. Raid CDs are generally not that huge boost to healing they were in the previous addons, where you could negate complete mechanics with one CD - and the mechanics were tuned accordingly. But they are still very HPM/HPS effective, esp. in larger groups / raids.

Not all raid cds. Only healing raid cds. Other raid cds are still powerful.
Revival was nerfed more because we lose our extra 20% stance bouns healing.
I remember revival was only 50% healing of tranquility in beta-testing.

For dungeons, yes, for raids, no.

Revival becomes more powerful with more people in the group. It's pretty much the reason why MWs top the charts in healing on 40 man BGs like IoC and AV.

In groups it does kinda suck. I use it mainly as an AoE dispel there.

Nope. Revival is powerful in IoC and AV because of their absurd 300% healing for revival in PVP.

In legion, we have lost multistrike. Also, haste and mastery do nothing to revival. That is why revival heals so little compared to other healing cds.

Interesting. Looks like the heavily buffed Fire Mage damage in PvP for some reason while nerfing pretty much everyone else.
