It doesn't. AotD is its own ability that has its damage based on 40% of your attack power, and is not affected in any way by the damage of Eye Beam itself.

Yes, but having Blind Fury makes Eye Beam hit five more times, raising the anguish stacks to 15. So while it doesn't increase anguish's damage per stack, the "detonation" does 5 more stacks worth of damage. I think that's what OP was asking.
