Suing users for trolling your product. Great idea!
Which was explained in the other points. Thanks for the definition of libel though.
Point (3) was simply to address whether the person being sued actually has the ability or forum to even cause such a dramatic shift in the flow of business.
I can post of facebook all I want that I hate Starbucks, they NEVER get my order right, and their coffee is always burnt and tastes like shit, that shit will give you cancer! I get cancer just from walking in the door and being around all the scenesters. That is libel. But simply committing the act isn't enough. You have to prove that was seen by a significant number of people AND deterred them from doing business with Starbucks if you are going to sue me for damages. Just because my mom, wife, and few cousins, and old highschool friends I don't talk to commented or liked my post doesn't mean it was influential.
Now if a celebrity posted the same thing on twitter. You bet your ass they'd get sued. Why? Because they are influential and that post is seen by MILLIONS at times. Influential.

This company is garbage, and from what I've seen, all their games are garbage. Sure hope they don't try to sue me now too!
IF said users were posting false information about the games, and it could be proven in court that the users KNEW it was false when they posted it, then it's possible they could have a case. Libel is libel after all. But for a negative review? They're going to get laughed out of court.
