Outlaw Rogues - thoughts after first raid night?

How is everyone feeling about Outlaw after the first night? Personally I'm a little frustrated by RNG. Getting dicked on important burn phases is obnoxious, but on the other hand getting a 6 roll on Il'gynoth's heart is pretty fun.

Yeah the RtB rng is a pain but i can still manage 200k+ dps, only gotten 1 six buff roll but it was on trash :/

Gear scaling and the correct relics makes a massive massive difference.

And outlaw's main competition seems to be mages.

Gear scaling and relics won't make RTB any less frustrating, it will just shore up periods of poor RNG. Which is helpful for sure.

After looking at some logs and thinking about the potion that reflects our damage it seems like using MFD before pull and using RTB at the start and then just using what you get is a better option than re-rolling and losing out on all that damage. It seems that rerolling untill you get what you want at the start is not a very good choice.

We all Know Outlaw gor RNG we all know It has a weight on DPS so we have 2 Choises:

    1) Stop complain about RNG and try to master and deal with it.

    2) roll for a more linear Spec (Sin) and play a more boring WoW made up by dot and watch.

Not a big problem at this point of exp people will have 2 artifact weapon at lvl 18+ so they can play bot Sin and Outlaw (if u play bleed spec u also share stat prio vers / Crit ecc)

Sim are True the problem is blizzard and his melee unfriendly boss.

Just need to accept the fact that your burn phase will never be reliable. The only thing you can do to make it somewhat consistent is save AR and Artifact Power, possible toss a few 5+ points on RTB before the burn phase starts. Your overall dps will drop as a result of all of the prep but it's the only safe way, relying on a 3+ buff is never going to be a thing sadly. Either way you can hit a consistent 250k+ most bosses with a 845-850's ilvl

    Run Through Lunging finishing move that causes damage per combo point and has increased range: 1 point : [ 150% [ 142% of AP ] damage 2 points: [ 300% [ 284% of AP ] damage 3 points: [ 450% [ 426% of AP ] damage 4 points: [ 600% [ 568% of AP ] damage 5 points: [ 750% [ 710% of AP ] damage Rogue - Outlaw Spec. 35 Energy. Melee range. Instant.

Saber Slash Viciously slash an enemy, causing (1% of weapon damage [ 0.709 * 1% of weapon damage or 0.029 * Level * 1% of weapon damage + 0.418 * 1% of weapon damage or 1% of weapon damage ) Physical damage. Saber Slash has a 35% chance to strike an additional time, making your next Pistol Shot free. Awards 1 combo points each time it strikes. Rogue - Outlaw Spec. 50 Energy. Melee range. Instant.

That one. It's not huge but it's probably going to be a 5-6% DPS loss overall.
