can someone confirm, if 'pvp enabled' is required to have a chance to loot the item?

I just got mine 10 mins ago, after i killed like 20 rares and it dropped actually from bat when PvP WAS ENABLED. Most of rares before was without PvP enabled.

After killing 15 rares it dropped it seems it was locked behind ak 4 wouldn't be shocked if thunderfury is locked behind ak 10-25.

Gated behind 10-25, if that's true I might cry my self to sleep.

Same here. Got it from a crazed mage while the guards were on post.

It's also not spec dependent, as I was in Outlaw spec when it dropped. You have to switch specs to use it, of course.

If this actually dropped from the rares in the Sewers, someone would have gotten it by now. We need to start looking elsewhere for these babies.

Not really, could be locked behind AK as a prerequisite.

To clarify: This hidden appearance is gated by Artifact Knowledge 4. Upon reaching level 4 you will be able to obtain this item by killing the rares in the Underbelly. This has been confirmed by the hundreds of rogues that have obtained it today after reaching Artifact Knowledge level 4. Congrats Assassination Rogues !

been trying for 3 days : \ i wonder if theres any other factor. RNG is RNG though. Would be better off without people calling away the guards with the rares at 50% hp. People run away and end up evade bugging/despawning it (mostly the shark)
