    Artifact blink heal nerf

    Thoughts about this, the artifact blink that heals for up to 30% maxed out, is being cut in half. Making it an absolutely useless 8% heal at rank 3. Thoughts? Does Blizzard want to make mage solo play impossibly hard?
    It was never Hardcore Vs Casual. It was Socialites Vs. Solo players

    Its on the 7.1 PTR patch notes, so no, not next Tuesday (unless they hotfix it in).

    Why not just have diminishing returns above rank 3? At 8% over 6 seconds it might as well not heal at all.

    Lol yes you would, since getting Pyretic Incantation in the most optimal way involves going through Cauterizing Blink. And you can't get the 3rd golden without it either.
