So, I don't raid. What I do do is mythic+.
I was thinking, since I mainly heal Mythics as MW, but play WW as MS, could I get away with playing WW with mastery>haste gear, and still pull decentish numbers?

Decentish? Yeah. I guess it depends on your definition of decent though.

If you run a lot of mythics you will quickly have 2 sets of gear, just do it old fashioned?
Haste is the least favorable stat for ww (it's not bad, just least favorable). This way you can also keep seperate enchants for both specs.

Not sure why you would go mastery>haste...
Haste isn't great for either spec. Go crit>mastery imo
