BiS Arms Relics for EN?

So, I haven't seen any particular discussion on the topic yet, which is surprising (or I just couldn't find it), but assuming equal iLvl, I assume the best three relics you can have from EN are Gore-Drenched Fetish (Blood, Exploit the Weakness), Nightmare Engulfed Jewel (Shadow, Many Will Fall), and Scything Quill (Iron, One Against Many). I realize that an 850 Exploit the Weakness may be better than an 865 of anything else, but overall this seems the way to go for which relics you tell your loot council you want from EN. Thoughts?

True, I essentially posted this knowing that M+ adds a huge RNG dimension to get what you actually want. I guess the real question isn't whether these are BiS, but whether these are the best you can get without getting lucky in M+ dungeons.

You dont need mad rolls, weekly chest has 880 piece.
