I am sorry for posting this here but i was just wandering (And i know it's kind of irellevant) has anyone check in Broken Shore area? I mean wasn't it that the SI:7 went there and got caputed by the demons in rogue's campaing? Perhaps it has something to do with it after all! Since we are kinda running out of ideas.

Consider it: The picture in our Class halls (the 2 mountains) could be from Broken shore. Also the Gem implements ancient mana and Broken Shore could be a part of suramar. Also let's not forget that the same painting is INSIDE the acctuall Suramar area. So...why not?

They have said that all artifact appearances take place in legion zones, but there might be a hint hidden there.

Correct me if i'm wrong (don't have 100% knowledge on other hidden skins) but isn't the Ret Paladin skin all over the old content or something, or was that just speculations ? ^^

Im pretty sure that guy is lying. Someone else would have gotten said item by now. He's also using the purple skin which is obtainable via bug.

I really doubt that it is gated behind Nighthold. It has nothing to do with it lorewise and it would be rather cheap to hold it back so long while everyone knows it is done and ready. If it is gated, then it should rather be behind a boss on Mythic+ or AK or even that artifact quest which sends you into the Emerald Nightmare. I personally would be glad if Blizzard locked it behind some Mythic Level 10 boss or a successful timed run on Mythic+9. That way it would preserve some prestige value. Sorry that I only offer speculations but what else is there at this point

Why should they preserve prestige value on this 1 apearence and offer like every other trough dumb RNG. This whole hiden apearence has turned out rather crapy. Some are insanely well hiden, others are a matter of killing x mob to exhaustion till the thing drops.

It seems that I had found a way to unlock hidden apearances without finding the secret thingy thap opens them up.
What do you need to do:
1) Unlock secret appearence for any of your artifact.
2) Unlock their new color (do 200 local quests for an example)
3) Use your forge in a spec with unlocked artifact
4) Press SHIFT+RMB on any other artifact in your bag
5) You can choose recolor of the hidden look.

P.S. You NEED to do it in a spec that has unlocked hidden apearence.
P.P.S. This really seems like a bug, but when I hover over recolor it says that "To unlock you need to do 200 locals using artifact with a hidden appearence"

This opens up new looks for all of your artifacts.
