I don't know, sometimes I feel like spec designer is the guy who was molested by SP as a child and now that he worked hard to get into Blizzard, he extracts his vengeance.

To OP, as you see, SP are supposed to be more miserable than that.

You should not be mad, really. Blizzard is a business company. Use your brain and think: why would they nerf already a weak spec? Why would they brag abour the "Rework Of A Shadow Priest" the result of which gives no choice in pve talents and locks best things all shadowpriests ever asked for in pvp only?
Because somebody has to be a foot-sweeping carpet for a real paying customers: rogues, mages, hunters. Nothing personal, just business. Deal with it.

Aaaand the answer Blizzard would give us: YES! Now you have to be truly Insane to play the spec, how fun isn't that?!

That's... actually one very satisfying thing to hear, since he's one of the authors of "hey shut up we're fine StM will make it for raids yaya we are fine" insane feedbacks. In his case justice was served.
