And yet MM are still going to be one of, if not THE, best specs for EN. Good to know sims are entirely useless.

Remember the last set of sims? when it showed MM near the bottom lol.

IKR. It's sort of hilarious. Barrage hurt (a little), but Marked shot cleave+sidewinders is still fucking incredible.

well if blizzard fallows through on the stuff listed, but not in, on the ptr hunter may be getting a big buff in 7.1 st

    Explain?
I feel like the overbuffed locks so hard.

  6. #12926
first I doubt the ptr changes will go live, they are too strong.
vulnerable will go from 6s to 18. the damage increase will go from 150% to 250%. that is kinda crazy. I could see, and think, vulnerable should be 10s, not 6, and not 18.

  7. #12927
Those changes seem entirely ridiculous given the state of MM hunters right now. I can't even imagine a world where that goes through at all, and it seems almost absurd to me that they'd even consider any of that.

  8. #12928
Has the icy veins guide been updated to cater for the latest changes?

  9. #12929
Yes, there's not really anything to update.

like I said I hope we get a few extra seconds on it, but yes 18 is too much.
we are solid, but not top, so I wouldnt be shocked if we get a minor buff

Sims are useless when there is an insistence on using 19 artifact traits and gear in comparisons that is 10-15 ilvls under what most mythic raiders have and 4-5 traits under what we're going to have at mythic release. We've been asking them to change this for over a month to provide for at LEAST 20 traits in artifacts, as there was practically no one in my guild under 20 traits on heroic release, and most of my raiders have 22-23 right now with many of us on track for 24 by mythic start. It's just a poor comparison that needs to die. It literally makes no sense that we still have to field questions about this dumb listing every week on these forums.

With the nerf to Barrage, is Crows now the superior talent on ST only fights???

I got a question about askmrrobots "best in bags" feature. Does this seems correct - if Azortharion or another experienced MM hunter would take a look- would be nice.

Here is the character sheet before using feature :

    Attack Power 23616
    Agility 23616
    Critical Strike 24.23%
    Haste 19.01%
    Mastery 18.91%
    Versatility 0.85%

After using best in bags :

    Attack Power 22355 (-1261)
    Agility 22355 (-1261)
    Critical Strike 20.19% (-4.05%)
    Haste 13.20% (-5.81%)
    Mastery 24.20% (+5.29%)
    Versatility 1.91% (+1.05%)

Does this seems correct to you guys ?

No, it does not look correct. Check (post?) your stat weights.

    Hello,

I ma wanting to check my stat weights and wanting to make sure they are correct.
I know MM main stat is Mastery and second stat should be haste correct?
AMR is placing Crit above haste.
Can anyone let me know the correct stat weights.
Below are the AMR standard stat weights:
    Stat Weights
    Main Hand Damage
    10.1
    Agility
    9.02
    Mastery
    7.86
    Critical Strike
    5.99
    Haste
    5.78
    Versatility
    4.64
    Movement Speed
    0.2

Thanks for looking at it. zerobeav posted the standard stats weights on AMR for MM.

Ive altered the stat weights to the following (from Azortharion pawn string)

    ( Pawn: v1: "Azor-Marksmanship": CritRating=7.05, Agility=7.79, HasteRating=7.25, MasteryRating=9.15, Versatility=7.01, Dps=25.01, RangedDps=25.01 )

It gives these new stats :

    Attack Power 22306 (-1310)
    Agility 22306 (-1310)
    Critical Strike 18.25% (-5.98%)
    Haste 14.27% (-4.74%)
    Mastery 24.75% (+5.84%)
    Versatility 1.91% (+1.05%)

    850 Devilsaur's Bite vs 850 Naraxas

Thoughts ? I'm leaning to devilsaur because of the ideal range mechanic on naraxas
