Question Will OH research progress while subscription is on hold?

I will be unable to play for two weeks and my token runs out at the very day I'll have to leave. As Order Hall improvement and Artifact Research will each run for 15 / 10 days there would be an incentive to bring some twinks to 110 and at least queue up 10 days of artifact research _IF_ it will not pause while the account is inactive. If they pause I would not bother.

    So, do they?

I seem to remember normal work orders in WoD not pausing, but this might be different.

It shouldn't be possible, no. Keep your sub active if you want AK.

Keeping my sub active seems like a bad deal anyway.

    "Shouldn't" means you guessed, right?

By the time you come back the duration of those orders will be something like 30 minutes anyway.

But you should be able to stack up 2 work orders and have them count down while not subbed.

Well, that sounds exactly like the problem EVE had, with skills training offline even with the subscription running out.
    They fixed it.

eve had researches that would last for months and months.
    this, 10 days?

i don't see an issue, although i do see it being abused by a slim portion of people, the AP lost from not having played, gear upgrades etc, make up for having 2 AK researches and a 10 day OH research done.
Still I cry, tears like pouring rain, Innocent is my lurid pain.

No, skill training. But yeah, it probably applied to material research as well, although that's less important than skills.
