I'll dot things that are already being fought by other people on the way to what I already have targeted. I'm not sure that counts as a tag bum, I certainly don't actively avoid fights.

What I love are the folks who won't bother with a 112 elite till it's at about 30% health.

I routinely bring mobs over to people doing AOE damage and then just chill while they kill them a million times faster than I could as a Holy Priest. Or sometimes I'll run into the middle of the group, pop a Holy Nova and then heal them if they need it.

I saw everyone trying to stack up and fight one of those elites, in a small hut, when she has a 1-hit AOE almost. Yeah, I stood outside and watched. Cast a Lightning Bolt, let them die for me to get credit. I'll tag some nearly dead mob, as I run toward the next one. Not gonna stop when you've already got that guy nearly dead but other than that, nah, I'll help you murder it.

I got more of a problem with assholes waiting for you to get into combat then take the objective you are trying to clear for example the cave behind the dragon where you got to put stones over the holes, people refuse to group saying "you dont need to group for this" well no **** sherlock but it goes a million times faster when idiots like you stop taking non sharable quest objectives.

Also got a bit problem with people and the Tomes of Yore world quest, they open the book then run off for the mob to reset and here comes me in a priest to find 6+ mobs guarding a book and whilst trying to fight some off you get people running past to spawn another one then running off or if they have it using a class ability to drop aggro and then oh look yet another mob I have to fight.

They also need to add a penalty to looting, you have one minute to loot what you kill if you don't you don't get any loot including quest related items for an hour, sick of idiots tagging mobs then running off so I cannot use gathering profession on them whether it be Mining, Herbalism or Skinning.

I'm the one tagging then tanking all the mobs.
If someone happens to tag some, happy days. I don't mind.

People dragging mobs near me and it's an opposing faction... Switch to single target deeps / move away from the mobs.

That's kind of the opposite of tag-bumming. If you didn't actively try to kill it beyond the AE that'd be tag-bumming.

Well, maybe with defensive CDs and a healthstone, he can take down most mobs, so has no problem blowing up a 12 million health boss with those things, but when that mob blows up to 84 million, he can't handle THAT and so dips. I don't have that problem as resto, someone always manages to hit it twice and pull my agro, or I can just heal tank cuz nothing has killed me yet other than the ground.

I've just never seen extra HP turn a mob from "doable" to "I'm going to die!!!", and I've tanked tons of world stuff, including 10s of millions HP bosses who took me 10+ minutes to solo lol.

Tag 10 mobs, bring them on top of the poor unsuspecting melee that can actually do damage, Infernal Stun, Phantom Singularity, Seed and then /afk cause Soul Flame will blow everything up

That behavior shows that Blizzard didn't take open world looting changes far enough.

Pretty much this. I enjoy PLAYING the classes that I play, so being an auto-attacking AFK lameass isn't my cup of tea.

Sure! the thing is even if all mobs I target come at me I could easily deal with them. So - if casuals keep them spread it's me accepting them.

I usually tag everything around me, however, I usually am healing or tanking. So, if I tag something, I'm benefiting the people that also have it tagged.

Playing a tank I don't really botter if people tag my mobs for their quest as long as they do somewhat decent damage. But balance druid rushing and multidoting everything I just hate them.

But playing tank what makes me really RAAAAAAAGE are dps (more usually melee) who saw I was tank, pull a pack way too big for them and stick on me so I take agro with my natural cleaves.

At least I play alliance DH, and sometimes shadowmeld these dbags (especially lovely in Suramar). I love seeing them moving in a "Oh SHIT" way

I am because i'm not going to tank mobs for people that just try and AoE me down (especially with the Ignore Pain PvP bullshit.. 300k shield really blizzard?) that way I die and don't get the kill if I accidentally press Release Spirit.

I would help more if it wasn't for the 24/7 AoE fest

EDIT: I'm talking about bosses of course, there is no need to "help" with normal mobs since they die really fast anyway
