It is not S2M that does it actually.
It is the artifact trait Mass Hysteria that increases DoT's damage each second you are in void form.
S2M gives you a crazy long voidform so your haste increases, your dot's damage increase and it all scales to insane levels.

Err, you can only achieve those stacks with S2M, so you can just as easily say S2M is the culprit and not Mass Hysteria. Does anyone really think Mass Hysteria is too powerful outside of S2M.

It's the synergy they have. Paired they are both to blame. In isolation neither has high impact.

Ditch Mind Spike, put in Mass Hysteria as a talent there.

Xavius trinket is garbage. Hardly ever procs.

Alright. Twisting winds can be really good, but the proc spirals out so if it doesn't have a huge hit box it doesn't seem to hit.

I think they'll buff most of the caster trinkets just because they all seem worse than baton.

The hotfix does nothing.

They could buff mindsear by 300% and it would still be a shit filler we don't want to use.
Mindflay is again a filler we try to use as little as possible, increasing its dmg by 20% does nothing.

I don't know about you, but on 4+ targets my DPS jumped significantly when using mind sear over mind flay as filler.
