Hi all after the 20% damage nerf on barrage is it still virable on single target fights ? MoC looks better to me dunno if im wrong

There are no ST fights in EN

That isn't true on Non-Mythic. On non-mythic Neth and Ursoc are definitely single target fights.

Yes, every single fight in Mythic EN has at least some form of AoE and can benefit from Barrage.

Didn't specify Mythic before

Also Nythendra Mythic will most likely be a MoC fight as the multi target isn't really up most of the time, but I dunno just a hunch.
