But even amongst the non-white-nationalist parts of the alt-right, there's a lot there that Trump basically hasn't so much as hinted at.

FWIW, I brought up the alt-right in response to the original bit about "upset Trump supporters and their frog" (paraphrasing).

Don't go near it myself, but ok. I tend to visit different sites, and don't see nearly as much grumbling.

Let him have his moment...he doesn't know I posted something about a bitingly satirical cartoon strip because I wasn't serious.

I mean, I guess I could take what DocSavage&Co said about me and accept that I made a joke that didn't quite work. Or I could accuse everyone of not getting it, demanding they laugh harder next time, I could FORCE them with threat of ban or reporting or something to get out there and LAUGH, TELL THEM THE JOKE WAS FUNNY WHEN IT WASN'T LAUGH I SAY! And I could take the joke's fall-flatness. while perfectly good joke options fall left and right that I don't use (Trump has a Coke problem? I think you mean Pepsi problem!) and just yell at the forum that we need MORE of the first joke, MORE! IT'S WHAT THE FORUM WANTS!

But no. That would be belligerent. Immature. That'd show an inability to learn from past mistakes. What kind of person would take poor results and/or well-meaning criticism and...

Trump angry at allies conceding he lost debate

"In a conference call with surrogates Wednesday afternoon, Trump aides made clear the Republican nominee is upset that his allies publicly acknowledged they pushed him to change his preparation and tactics before his next bout with Hillary Clinton. And he wants them to stop it immediately."

"The message was 'not subtle' a source familiar with the call said."

    ...okay, now THAT'S funny.

Oh, it's like an early Christmas. Trump is mad that his advisors want him to prepare. Praise Jesus, we're headed right for part 2 of Monday's beatdown.

Holy shit! This just keeps getting better and better. Now there are reports that Trump violated the trade embargo with Cuba back in the 90's.

    http://www.nydailynews.com/news/poli...icle-1.2810972

With the real estate mogul's knowledge, executives at Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts reportedly funneled the cash through an American consulting firm called Seven Arrows Investment and Development Corporation, internal company records and court filings show.

Seven Arrows consultants would travel to Cuba to scope out potential business opportunities and then instruct Trump how to obscure his actual intensions by linking the venture to bogus charitable efforts.

    Wandered over to FOX News...wow.

Here's a video of Bill O'Reilly's post-debate interview. These are...well, watch the video, but this is pretty damn close, I swear I am not making this up:

"There are two daily tracking polls out today, the Los Angeles Times has Trump up by four percentage points, Reuters has Clinton up by four."
    That's true, by the way.
"More after debate scientific polling is due in shortly. Internet polling, not scientific." [emphasis O'Reilly]
"More than 80 million people watched the debate, joining us now from Wisconsin, Donald Trump. First of all, is there anything Hillary Clinton said during the debate that you will use, your campaign will use, against her in the weeks ahead?"
"Well I think possibly so, Bill, but I do think, you know, I really do love the experience, I thought it was amazing, the audience was record-setting, and you know, I had a great time..."
Again: I swear, I am not making this up.
"...and I know you said the polls aren't scientific, but in every single poll that was taken I won the debate, and some of them by a lot. And Google just came out with the first real poll, and it was a big one, and I'm up by two or three points, so that was pretty good --"
"Well alright, they'll stream in the scientific polls..."
O'Reilly then continues the interview, which is...well, watch. There's a good bit around 3:40. But check out the following from literally the first 60 seconds:

    A) O'Reilly continues the increasing contempt FOX is showing to the internet polls, including that memo I linked earlier. And he's so adamant about it, that he did it to Trump's face. TWICE.

    B) Trump, of course, did not win every single poll. He knows that. [uirl=http://money.cnn.com/2016/09/27/media/donald-trump-snap-internet-polls/index.html]He called out the CNN poll himself[/url]. He knows he lost it.

    C) Also, CNN did a real poll. You know, telephones and shit. So Trump is lying about it being the first "real" poll.

    D) Also, I mentioned at least two other polls O'Reilly didn't mention because he was talking about tracking polls. Not deception, just so we're clear.

    E) Also...and maybe my favorite: here is the Google poll. Yes, it says Trump is up by almost 2 percent in the nationwide "who will you vote for" poll, Trump is right about that. But it also says Trump lost the debate. 52-48.

That's right: According to the first "real" poll that Trump himself cited, he lost the debate.Trump cited evidence of his own lie.

Plus, you know, the other lies about the other polls and such but mostly that.

There's a bit later in the interview where Trump is asked if he's doing well with women. He responds that he's doing well with married women...which is true. This CNN poll, one of the best Trump has ever had, puts Clinton at 36% with married women (and I guess Trump the other 64%? It doesn't say). But it puts Clinton at 73% with unmarried women, and 53% to Trump's 38% with all women. Trump needs to work on his evasion skills -- that was too easy to catch.

As for why I watched all the way to the end...I was counting the sniffs.

    Do it. Count the sniffs.

    TAKE A SHOT

    - - - Updated - - -

And as long as we're on FOX...how the fuck did I end up going here for anti-Trump news so often?...anyhow, here's On the Record. They get their hands on a NYTimes article, namely this one, in which -- FOX's words -- seven members of Trump's campaign staff "threw him under a bus" blaming the candidate, not themselves, for the results.

And...the host of this FOX News program took it at face value. And seriously. And they asked "why? what next?" not "is this media bias?" I mean, the NYTimes fucking HATES Trump. Hell, I might have questioned 7 anonymous sources. But FOX didn't. The actually suggested this was some kind of code, by the staffers, to other GOP people "Get the hell away from Trump! He's gonna blow!"

I mean...I don't... read the article. Watch the video. Hume's a Republican, on FOX. What is going on here...

Nah. It'll be worse. He actually did SOME prep for this one, AND he "toned it down" a little.

So next debate he'll go Full Trump with ZERO prep. And even catatonic gerbils on life support know you never go Full Trump in front of everyone.

The REAL question is, does he have an aneurysm and die during the debate, or will he try to murder Hillary onstage?
    Impeach the MF.

Oh man, that O'Reily interview. I enjoy that Bill completely reframed the context of the "That's cause I'm smart" tax comment to make it seem like they weren't talking about him possibly paying 0 in taxes, which is the reality, to him paying "as little as possible" which was absolutely not.

Glad Billy boy is still doing top quality work when he's doing it live.

It gets better. Fox had to put out an internal memo reminding their staff that internet polls like the one on Breitbart aren't scientific and don't meet network standards for airing. Hannity and Fox n' Friends are still putting them on air.

Give him some credit. It's clear he knows he's got an uphill struggle, and it's clear he has disdain for the only source of pride Trump has about the debate. He's throwing out softballs, but he's not letting Trump walk.

They dumped Trump a long time ago, they needed to hold off for voters. Throwing shade towards Megyn Kelly, taking in Roger Ales, how much do you think they'd allow Trump to get away with?

FOX is clearly still fully on board with the Republican Party. Good for them, it's basically them and...uh...Breitbart, I guess. But yes, it's been clear, if nowhere else, from 10:45PM at the end of the debate on, they were no longer backing Trump, strictly speaking.

There are currently 34 Senate races, every Representative race, and I'm going to guess all 50 governors too. ALL of these races are majority Republican. That's a lot of power, and none of them are as chaotic or unpredictable or dishonest as Trump. It's just the safer bet now.

I was going to post this same thing. Damn you Matchles for paying attention to the news.

I mean I am not entirely surprised that Hannity still did it, Hannity has been basically in Trump's corner since May. He has to do anything he can to make Trump look good even with all of the negative press that Trump has been receiving since the debate ended Monday.

Also, Page worked in a Moscow bank for 3 years (who does Trump owe money to, again?), invested in multiple Russian energy companies that the Russian government owns a majority of (and has not removed them from his portfolio) and advises others to do the same on his website, and openly announced in an interview his Russian portfolio suffered because of the sanctions on Russia when they invaded Ukraine. Which Trump didn't know about, somehow. Also, he hired Sergey Yatsenko. Yatsenko says he worked with Page on helping a Russian investor explore an oil investment in Iraqi Kurdistan, and advising a Chinese investor looking to buy Russian oil assets in Eastern Siberia.
So he invested in Russia, as many others did, and didn't want to sell his holdings at loss? That's proof of "allegations that he had engaged in private communications with top Russian officials" now? And he hired guy who worked with those assets and linked Russian investors to other deals, that's proof of it again?
